What qualifications do I need to join the INFUZ IV network?
To be considered as a nurse provider with INFUZ IV, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (or higher, such as NP or PA) in the state(s) where you intend to practice
- No open complaints, investigations, or disciplinary actions on your nursing license
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Have reliable transportation to travel to client appointments
- Have a minimum of 8 hours of availability per week
- Demonstrate proficiency in IV insertion (minimum 1–2 years of experience strongly preferred)
- Maintain your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance
- Be able to invest $1,000–$2,000 toward your initial inventory and backbar supplies (vitamins, fluids, medications)

What does the hiring process look like?
Our hiring process includes:
- Application Submission – Online or by email.
- Initial Screening Call – We’ll review your experience and availability.
- Interview (Video or In-Person) – To assess skills, professionalism, and cultural fit.
- Skills Assessment – You may be asked to demonstrate IV placement or answer scenario-based questions.
- Credential Verification – License, insurance, and background check.
- Onboarding & Training – Includes protocols, EMR systems, client interactions, and safety.
Do you require a skills test or hands-on IV assessment?
Yes. To ensure patient safety and service quality, we may require a live or virtual IV skills demonstration or scenario-based review as part of your evaluation.
Will I be an employee or an independent contractor (1099)?
We operate with independent contractor (1099) nurses. This means you have flexible scheduling and can accept appointments that fit your availability. You are responsible for your own taxes and business expenses.
Do you provide supplies and equipment?
As an INFUZ IV provider, you are responsible for purchasing your own medical-grade supplies and inventory, including IV fluids, vitamins, medications, and accessories necessary to perform treatments.
To ensure consistency, safety, and clinical excellence across our network, all supplies must be ordered through INFUZ IV’s approved ordering system. This allows us to:
- Maintain a high standard of care through consistent product quality
- Ensure compatibility with our service protocols and treatment formulations
- Provide access to preferred vendor pricing, giving you the best rates on medical supplies and vitamins
Additionally, you are responsible for:
- Safe and sanitary storage of all materials
- Dedicated refrigeration for vitamins or medications requiring temperature control

What types of treatments will I administer?
As an INFUZ IV provider, you’ll administer a range of IV infusions designed to support hydration, immunity, energy, recovery, and overall wellness. Our core service menu includes popular, evidence-based formulations such as:
- Hydration IVs
- Immunity Boosters
- Myers’ Cocktail
- Energy & Focus Drips
- Migraine Relief
- Hangover Recovery
- NAD+ Therapy (optional, with additional training)
In addition, INFUZ IV offers an add-on menu of premium vitamins, injectables, and boosters that can be upsold to clients at the time of service. These options allow you to:
- Customize treatments based on the client’s goals and health concerns
- Enhance the effectiveness of the base IV with targeted nutrients
- Increase your per-service revenue through client-approved add-ons
Examples of popular add-ons include glutathione, B12, zinc, magnesium, and anti-nausea or anti-inflammatory medications. We’ll train you on how to discuss these add-ons professionally and ethically during your onboarding.
How are appointments assigned?
Appointments are matched based on:
- Your location and availability

- Client preferences (when applicable)
You’ll receive notifications through our scheduling platform or app and can choose to accept or decline based on your schedule.
What is the typical pay rate?
As an INFUZ IV provider, you will earn approximately 65%–70% of the total service price for each appointment you complete. In addition to your base earnings:
- Clients have the option to leave a gratuity directly for you at the time of service
- You keep 100% of any tips you receive
- Additional income opportunities are available through upselling vitamin boosters and injections from our approved add-on menu
This compensation model allows motivated providers to build a flexible, high-earning mobile IV practice within a trusted and well-supported network.
Can I work part-time or on a flexible schedule?
Yes! One of the key advantages of working with INFUZ IV is flexibility. You set your own schedule and availability, whether that’s part-time, weekends, evenings, or full-time hours.
Our goal is to help you achieve the maximum number of services you want to offer based on your availability and capacity. We support this through:
