Clinical care, delivered.

IV therapy delivers fluids and micronutrients directly into the bloodstream, which means they reach circulation without passing through digestion. People book it when they are dehydrated, run down, recovering, travelling, or preparing for something demanding.

What makes it clinical rather than cosmetic is what happens before the line goes in. You complete a health history. A licensed provider reviews it and either approves your requested protocol, adjusts it, or declines it. Only then does a registered nurse come to you.

Eleven protocols. Five reasons people book them.

WHY US

A network of nurses, not a call centre.

Every visit is delivered by an independently licensed registered nurse running their own practice in your area — not a dispatcher’s next available body. The person who arrives has a professional stake in how the visit goes, and you can request them again.

Behind that sits a structured clinical system: eleven standing protocols, documented oversight, consistent supplies from vetted vendors, and a real record of every treatment. Independence for your nurse, consistency for you.

Five steps, start to finish.

01 — Book

Choose a protocol and a time window, or tell us what is going on and let a provider recommend one.

02 — Medical intake

A short health history and consent, completed online. About four minutes.

03 — Provider review

A licensed provider reviews your intake and approves, adjusts, or declines the requested protocol. Some protocols include medications that only a provider can authorise. Nothing is administered before this step.

04 — Your visit

Your nurse arrives, checks vitals, places the line, and stays with you for the full session. Most run 45 to 60 minutes.

CLINICAL GOVERNANCE

Someone reviews your intake before anyone comes to your door.

Every protocol on this site is administered under an established medical direction relationship. A licensed provider — not the nurse, and not a scheduling system — reviews your health history and approves what is administered.

Protocols are written, not improvised

All eleven formulations are standing protocols reviewed and approved under medical direction. Nurses administer them as written. They do not compound, modify, or substitute.

Every intake is reviewed individually

Your health history is assessed against the protocol you requested. If something in your history makes it unsuitable, it is adjusted or declined — including after you have booked. Protocols containing medication require specific authorisation.

Nurses are credentialed before their first patient

Active unrestricted Florida licensure, verified. Professional liability insurance in force. Demonstrated IV proficiency. Protocol-specific training before being cleared for anything advanced.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you book.

Who administers the IV?

Who administers the IV?
A licensed registered nurse. Not a technician, not a medical assistant. Your nurse’s name and license number are shown when your visit is confirmed, and you can request the same nurse again.

How long does it take?
Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. Clarity runs closer to 60 to 90, and NAD Cellular Renewal takes considerably longer because NAD+ is infused slowly. Allow extra time for intake and vitals on your first visit.

Do any of the protocols contain medication?
Yes. Rescue, Revive Pro, and NAD Cellular Renewal can include anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory medication. Those are prescription items, so they are included only when a provider reviews your history and authorises them — they are not something you add at checkout. Every one of those protocols can also be given without them.

Does it hurt?
You will feel the cannula going in — comparable to a routine blood draw. After that the line sits in the vein and there is no needle in your arm.

Do I need to be home?
Any of those. You need somewhere you can sit comfortably for an hour. If you are booking at a hotel, check the property allows it.

What if I have a medical condition?
Disclose it at intake. Kidney and heart conditions affect how much fluid is appropriate, some protocols are unavailable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the medication-containing protocols have their own contraindications.

What does it cost, and do you take insurance?
Prices are listed on each protocol page. We are cash-pay only and do not bill insurance.

Can I book for a group?
Yes. Everyone completes their own intake and receives their own provider review. Contact us for groups larger than four.

How soon can someone come?
Same-day appointments are often available, subject to provider availability and intake review.

Is my information private?
Your health information is handled under HIPAA and stored in a secure medical record system.

What if I have a medical condition?
Disclose it at intake. Kidney and heart conditions affect how much fluid is appropriate, some protocols are unavailable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the medication-containing protocols have their own contraindications. Provider review exists for exactly this.

Can I add anything to my infusion?
Some add-ons are available — glutathione, for instance, pairs with several protocols. Availability depends on your protocol and your provider’s review.

Yes. Everyone completes their own intake and receives their own provider review — no exceptions, including for events. Contact us for groups larger than four.
