INFUZ IV gives Florida RNs the infrastructure to run an independent mobile IV practice — medical direction, supply chain, training, and patients — for a flat monthly fee. We never take a percentage of what you earn.
WHAT THIS IS
This is a business, not a shift.
You will own a clinical entity. You will carry your own malpractice insurance. You will invest in your own starting inventory, and you will be responsible for filling your own calendar alongside the patients we send you.
What you will not do is build a medical direction relationship from scratch, negotiate vendor pricing alone, write your own protocols, or figure out compliance by yourself. That infrastructure takes months and real money to assemble independently. It is what INFUZ IV exists to provide.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE
The four things that stop nurses from doing this alone.
01 — Medical direction
A standing medical direction relationship with approved protocols, already established. You are registered as a provider under that oversight during onboarding. No physician recruiting, no negotiating an agreement on your own.
02 — Supply chain
Vetted vendors and negotiated pricing on fluids, vitamins, and consumables, ordered through one system. Consistent product across the network is what makes the protocols reliable — and it means you are not sourcing lactated ringers at retail.
03 — Patients
Marketing that generates real bookings in your service area, routed to you. You accept or decline based on your availability. Charged as a flat fee per patient sourced — never as a share of what the visit is worth.
04 — Training
Protocol training, documentation and EMR workflow, HIPAA handling, patient communication, and adverse-event procedure. Ongoing clinical support after onboarding, not a one-time orientation packet.
HOW YOU GET PAID
We charge flat fees. Full stop.
You bill your patients under your own entity. Those professional fees are yours — they are earned by you and they stay your property. INFUZ IV does not collect them, does not hold them, and does not take a cut.
What you pay INFUZ IV is a flat platform fee: a monthly subscription, a fixed per-treatment fee, and a fixed fee for each patient we source for you. Those amounts do not change when you charge more, when you add a booster, or when you have a good month. Your upside is entirely yours.

Under a percentage model, every dollar you add to a visit sends a slice somewhere else. Under a flat fee, your hundredth treatment costs you exactly what your first one did.

REQUIREMENTS

Clinical
- Active, unrestricted Florida RN license (NP or PA also eligible)
- No open complaints, investigations, or disciplinary actions
- Current BLS certification
- Demonstrated IV insertion proficiency — 1–2 years strongly preferred
- Your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance in force
Business
- Your own LLC or PLLC. You will contract with INFUZ IV as an independent clinical entity, not as an individual. We will walk you through formation if you have not done it before.
- Ability to fund initial inventory and backbar supplies — plan on $1,000–$2,000
- Reliable transportation, and secure, temperature-controlled storage for refrigerated items
- Minimum 8 hours per week of availability, held consistently
Personal
- A network you are willing to tell about your practice. The providers who succeed fastest start with people who already know and trust them.
- Comfort operating inside a structured clinical system — approved protocols, documented oversight, consistent supplies — while running your own schedule and your own business.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Eight steps, roughly three to five weeks.
- Apply — a short form. License, experience, service area, availability.
- Introductory call — we walk through the model and the economics in detail, and you ask us whatever you want.
- Credential verification — license, insurance, and background check.
- Skills check — IV placement demonstration and scenario review.
- Agreement review — you receive the Master Services Agreement and the full fee schedule. Take them to your own attorney. We would rather you understood exactly what you are signing than signed quickly.
- Entity and oversight setup — form your LLC if you have not already, and get registered under medical direction.
- Onboarding and training — protocols, EMR and documentation, HIPAA, patient communication, adverse-event procedure, supply ordering.
- First patients — routed to you as soon as you are cleared and stocked.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you apply.
Will I be an employee or a contractor?
Neither. You will operate through your own business entity — an LLC or PLLC — and contract with INFUZ IV under a Master Services Agreement. You are an independent practice using our platform, not a worker on our payroll. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
How do I get paid?
You bill your patients directly through your own entity, and those professional fees belong to you. INFUZ IV charges flat platform fees — a monthly subscription, a fixed per-treatment fee, and a fixed fee per patient we source. We never take a percentage of a visit. Gratuities are yours in full.
How do patients reach me?
We market in your service area and route bookings to providers based on location, availability, and which protocols you are cleared for. You accept or decline each one. You are also free to bring your own patients — they are yours, and no sourcing fee applies.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes — professional liability (malpractice) coverage in force at all times, with general liability recommended for mobile work. Proof is required before your first patient and at every renewal.
Do you provide supplies?
You purchase your own inventory. Ordering runs through the INFUZ IV system so product is consistent across the network, and so you get negotiated pricing rather than retail. You are responsible for safe storage, including refrigeration where required.
Can I do this part-time?
Yes, and most providers do at first. You set your own availability. We ask for a minimum of eight hours a week, held consistently, because patients book against your posted schedule and reliability is what keeps them returning.
What treatments will I administer?
The INFUZ IV protocol menu — hydration, immunity, energy and focus, recovery, the Myers’ Cocktail, and others — plus an add-on menu of vitamins and injectables. Everything is administered under approved protocols and within your scope of practice as a Florida RN.
Where do you operate?
Palm Beach County. You set your preferred service radius inside it and we route patients accordingly.
What if I already have IV patients?
Bring them. Patients you source yourself are yours, and no patient sourcing fee applies to them.
Who does well here?
Nurses who want to build something of their own and who already have a network to start from. Nurses who are comfortable inside a structured clinical system but want to control their own schedule. Nurses who treat their posted availability as a commitment.
